Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MusicOps, a SaaS platform operated by AstraBrava LLC, a California limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

MusicOps is a campaign management platform for music releases. The service includes tools for release planning, content scheduling, performance tracking, audience analytics, and budget management. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or organization per account unless otherwise agreed

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not misuse the service (reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized access)
  • Not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to MusicOps, including artist information, campaign plans, and analytics configurations. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe
  • All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, contact legal@musicops.co.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraBrava LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or produce particular results.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
